Contact UsDusan has been using smartphones since their introduction and is now following the latest trends in the industry. The “convergence” is what he’s most excited about, and writing about it is the next logical thing to do. He thinks that using a smartphone is what everyone who cares about their time should do.
In addition to his interests in mobile phones, Dusan also loves to experiment with the latest web and mobile 2.0 services. The idea of accessing and managing your information from any device no matter where you are simply amazes him. Whether it’s an online to-do list, note taking service or a video sharing social network, he’s there to try it out. He admits though, he’s still searching for the ultimate web-based organizational tool, which “sings” perfectly with the mobile PIM application.
Dusan used to run SymbianWatch.com which later became part of IntoMobile. He lives in Serbia, South-East Europe, from where he edits the site on a daily basis.
Rhapsody released a new application for Android tablets, making it even easier for its users to discover new music, read about their favorite artists and rediscover music with expert playlists, guides and features. According to Rhapsody’s Brendan Benzing, this isn’t just resized version of the smartphone app — rather the application was developed from the ground up to take advantage of the extra screen estate tablets offer. As such, the application was inspired by what digital music lovers miss about physical albums and CDs – album art, photos and the … Read more

You may haven’t heard about GREE before, but you’re probably familiar with OpenFeint. Well, GREE has acquired OpenFeint in April 2010 and is in the midst of expanding to the U.S. and the rest of the world. Already, the company has 9 offices globally, while the total number of registered users has reached approximately 190 million. Their … Read more

As part of the deal, Hutchison will sell frequencies, base station sites, the mobile phone operator Yesss! As usual, the transaction is a subject to the approval by … Read more
Sony has started sending out press invites for its event at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Unfortunately they haven’t mentioned what can we expect, but we think new members of the Xperia family of devices will be unveiled, again bearing Sony’s logo only (without Ericsson). So what we think they’ll announced at the big event? I guess it’s fair to say European/global version of the Xperia ion (without LTE) will be unveiled and perhaps some new tablet. For one thing I would like to see an Android-powered laptop that … Read more
Best Buy has started taking pre-orders for AT&T’s Samsung Galaxy Note and is even offering a free flip cover case (value of $29.99) with the phone activation. The tablet/smartphone itself is selling for $299.99 with a new two-year AT&T contract that requires a minimum data service starting at $15/month. It will be available on Sunday, February 19th. But that’s not all. The electronics retailer is also providing free shipping along with a free $50 gift card with any activation (as we discussed before). As a reminder, the Galaxy Note rocks … Read more
Like Doodle Jump? You’ll love You Jump! even more, as it’s pretty much the personalized version of the popular game. How is it personalized, you ask? Simply put – it allows you play with yourself – or someone else if you fancy so. Before starting to play, you can choose a photo from the library or take a couple of the new shots and attach them to the two funny characters that will further appear in the game. The face that is to be attached can be easily proportioned to … Read more
We’ve already spilled the beans on TELUS’ LTE plans, talking about the carrier’s LTE-enabled SIM cards. Moreover, we’ve heard about two devices from their LTE portfolio – Samsung Galaxy Note LTE and Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE. Now we have another phone to add to the mix – LG Optimus LTE. Unfortunately, we’ve no idea when TELUS will start selling the best mobile device LG has ever made, though we hope that will happen sooner rather than later. The above image comes from LG Canada’s website, clearly showing TELUS as … Read more
HTC Flyer is now available for 234.99 GBP, which translates into about $372. Sure it used to be available for less (199 GBP), but that was at a short period after Christmas when all prices go south. Now if you want a nicely designed 7-inch tablet, the Flyer is a decent option. However, I would suggest getting something else instead. For instance, take a look at the Samsung Galaxy 7.0 Plus or Huawei MediaPad, which even looks like the Flyer. Although HTC’s tablet now runs Android Honeycomb, we’re not sure … Read more
North Korea has hit an important milestone, having reached one million mobile phone users. The only mobile operator in the country, Koryolink, has seen a surge in the number of customers, with some 100,000 people signing-up during the each of the last five quarters. Koryolink, which is 75% owned by Egypt’s Orascom Telecom and 25% by the state-run Korea Post and Telecommunications Corporation, said they’re now covering 14% of the country’s landmass, but that equates to around 94% of the population. It’s good to see that even in places like … Read more
Who knew that a phone as big as (or that’s a tablet as small as) the Galaxy Note will sell well. I wouldn’t. I tried it but I found it too bulky. Maybe I don’t have such deep pockets or my head is too small. Whatever – I don’t want it and I ain’t gonna buy it. However, some people don’t mind its size. As a matter of fact, Samsung has managed to move some 700,000 Galaxy Note units in its own backyard. However, it’s important to add they only … Read more
